The issue in this appeal is whether a trial court which has accepted a guilty plea, subject to review following preparation of a report by the Probation Office, can subsequently reject the plea and the agreement on which it was based. Appellant contends that the trial court's subsequent rejection of guilty pleas to charges alleged in three separate informations violated principles of double jeopardy.
