SABERS, Justice.

Lavern C. Fast Horse (Fast Horse) appeals his conviction for embezzlement of property received in trust. We affirm.

FACTS

Jeff Dale (Dale) operated a business in Rapid City, South Dakota that sold satellite systems, televisions, VCRs and camcorders. Fast Horse visited Dale's business in December 1990 seeking employment. Dale had no salaried positions available but told Fast Horse that if he could bring in a customer or sell an item...
