Lavern C. Fast Horse (Fast Horse) appeals his conviction for embezzlement of property received in trust. We affirm.

FACTS

Jeff Dale (Dale) operated a business in Rapid City, South Dakota that sold satellite systems, televisions, VCRs and camcorders. Fast Horse visited Dale's business in December 1990 seeking employment.
