This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, entered on June 7, 1991, which sustained appellee's preliminary objections and dismissed appellant Paul Westhead's complaint. The lower court determined that appellee Bruce Fagel, Esquire did not possess contacts with Pennsylvania sufficient to subject him to in personam jurisdiction.
