Plaintiff William McVeigh ("McVeigh"), who was employed as the co-pilot of John T. Dorrance's ("Dorrance") personal aircraft from 1979 until Dorrance's death in 1989, is suing Dorrance's executors ("Executors") under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq.
