VAN HOOMISSEN, Justice.

We allowed review in this case to consider whether the exclusionary rule applies in a probation revocation proceeding. The Court of Appeals held that it does not. State ex rel. Juv. Dept. v. Rogers, 107 Or.App. 370, 812 P.2d 14 (1991). We disagree. Accordingly, we reverse and remand to the circuit court for further proceedings.
