Derrick Singleton was tried non-jury and was found guilty of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Post-trial motions were denied, and Singleton was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than three (3) years nor more than six (6) years and to pay a fine in the amount of fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) dollars.
