Jeannette Ganousis ("Ganousis") and Eva Cazares ("Cazares") have sued E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company ("du Pont"), each claiming injury from a temporomandibular joint ("TMJ") implant that had used a product bearing the "Proplast" trademark.
