This is an appeal from a final decree entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County. We affirm.

Daniel R. delCastillo (son) initiated an action in equity against Juan J. delCastillo (father), seeking specific performance of paragraph 4.05 of a separation, custody, support and property settlement entered into between father and his former wife, Joyce B. delCastillo, son's mother.
