This is an appeal in a medical malpractice case based on allegations of a failure to diagnose the injury-causing condition. The trial court granted a summary judgment for the doctor on limitations grounds. The court of appeals, with one justice dissenting, reversed and remanded, holding that "the summary judgment evidence raises a question whether (the doctor's) treatment of (the plaintiff) continued for as long as she was taking...
