This appeal asks us to determine whether the trial court erred in denying Nick Liazis' petition to open and/or strike the confessed judgment enforced against him by Konstantinos Tantaros, Barbara Tantaros and Kosta, Inc. The dispute between the parties arose when Tantaros, the lessor and seller of a restaurant premises and real estate parcel, alleged that Liazis, the former lessee and former purchaser, failed to make the payments required by the lease...
