Now before the Court is a motion for reconsideration and/or motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Cars & Concepts, Inc. ("Cars & Concepts").1 Having reviewed the record and all pertinent papers, the Court will grant Cars & Concept's motion and enter summary judgment in its favor and against Rafael.
