SUPPLEMENTAL REASONS FOR RULING ON MOTION

A jury trial was commenced in this matter on Tuesday, February 18, 1992. At the conclusion of plaintiff's case, defendant moved for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Fed.Rule Civ.P. 50.
