POPOVICH, Judge:
This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's exceptions to the Master's recommendations in equitable distribution matters entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County on August 2, 1991. Appellant argues on appeal that the trial court erred in its valuation of stock which he owns in Lakawanna Medical Group, P.C., in its award of alimony, and, in awarding counsel fees to appellee (wife).
