MALONEY, Justice.

A jury convicted Richard Wayne Michel of aggravated robbery and assessed a thirty-five year sentence, enhanced by a prior felony conviction. Appellant contends that (1) the trial court erred in submitting a jury charge on the law of transferred intent, (2) the trial court should have applied the abstract transferred intent instruction to the facts, and (3) the evidence was insufficient to prove allegations in the indictment.
