Respondent, Arnold D. Fagin, was the subject of a formal complaint filed by the Oklahoma Bar Association, which alleged that he violated Rule 1.5 of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct, 5 O.S.Supp. 1988, Ch. 1, App. 3-A. The parties agree as to the material facts leading up to the filing of the complaint, and the only issue to be resolved is the construction of and application of Rule 1.5 to those facts.
