The Court has before it the Motion to Dismiss dated February 4, 1991, filed by respondent Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. (hereinafter "Shearson"), which requests that the Court dismiss the Application to Vacate Arbitrators' Award filed by petitioners Rafael González and German Ramírez de Arellano ("petitioners") on December 17, 1990.
