This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, following appellant's conviction on one count of theft by deception.1 Appellant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of thirty (30) months to sixty (60) months and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $47,340.
