Appellant was tried by a jury and convicted of two counts of Murder and one count of Burglary, a Class A Felony. The jury was unable to reach a recommendation regarding the death penalty. The trial court took into consideration aggravating and mitigating circumstances, found that the aggravators outweighed the mitigators, and enhanced the sentence given on each count.
