This is an appeal from the December 13, 1991 Final Decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, which failed to approve the Agreement of Sale between the Executor of the Estate of Emmett B. Lazarus and North Fork, Inc. The Final Decree did authorize the Executor to proceed to closing under the terms of an Agreement of Sale with Stabler Development Company.
