Metropolitan Edison Company (employer) appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which granted Gary W. Heintzelman (Heintzelman) unemployment compensation benefits. The Board reversed the decision of the referee, who denied Heintzelman benefits. The referee reasoned that Heintzelman committed willful misconduct when he failed to shave his beard as ordered by employer...
