This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence imposed upon John J. Timer after he was convicted at a non-jury trial of criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy. The conviction arose as a result of a "reverse sting" operation in which an undercover narcotics officer posed as a drug dealer and appellant and two others, including appellant's father, arranged to purchase drugs from the officer.
