On the evening of February 22, 1989, plaintiff-appellant, Jo-Ann Holl, went to defendant-appellee, Montrose, Inc., d.b.a. Brown Derby Restaurant ("Brown Derby"), for dinner. Holl arrived at the Brown Derby at approximately 5:00 p.m. Appellant sat at the bar with her companion and drank two scotch and water drinks.
