Before the Court is a motion of Asia Commercial Company Limited (hereinafter "Asia") for an order under 11 U.S.C. § 105 and 1142 requiring the debtor to make distribution to Asia pursuant to the terms of an amended joint plan of reorganization confirmed by order of this Court on April 15, 1991.
