This is an interlocutory appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, which granted appellee's motion in limine to exclude from trial any evidence of the controlled buy of cocaine. Herein, the Commonwealth contends that the lower court erred in granting appellee's motion in limine.
