PER CURIAM:

This case involves an appeal by J.C. Frich, Jr., M.D., the defendant below, from the January 30, 1991, order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County in which the trial court set aside a jury verdict in favor of the defendant and granted the plaintiffs a new trial on the ground that the jury verdict was "contrary to all credible evidence in the case."
