(Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a referee's decision granting the lifetime claim petition of Richard A. Jones (Decedent) and the fatal claim petition of his widow, Leona B. Jones (Claimant). We affirm.
