Appellant was convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine (PWID), in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (1988 Repl.). He was sentenced to a term of ten to thirty years; execution of the sentence was suspended as to all but five years, followed by five years of probation.
