Edward Fred Parrish, the appellant, was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment with fourteen years suspended. On appeal, he contends that his prosecution for possession with intent to distribute following his breach of a plea agreement, under which he had pled guilty to and was convicted of the lesser included offense of simple possession, is barred by the double jeopardy clause...
