Trans Freight (Employer) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which granted benefits to Theodore Canada.

On May 23, 1988, Canada filed a claim petition alleging that on April 13, 1988, he became disabled due to injuries to his back, right knee, and right foot while working for Employer. On March 15, 1990, the referee granted Canada's claim petition and made the following relevant findings of fact and conclusions...
