Appellant is a corporation in the business of selling industrial pumps. Appellee Lawrence Mayland is a former salesman, shareholder and member of the board of directors of appellant. Mayland resigned from his employment with appellant and set up a corporation to compete with appellant in the industrial pump market. Appellant filed a complaint against Mayland and his corporation (hereinafter "appellees") alleging tortious interference with business relations...
