Classic Personnel (Employer) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting benefits to Janet O'Malley (Claimant). Employer claims his due process rights were violated by being precluded from offering defenses to Claimant's application for benefits. We agree and vacate the Board's decision insofar as it grants benefits.
