Nationwide Insurance Company ("Nationwide") appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County compelling uninsured motorist arbitration and invalidating an automobile insurance policy provision which excludes uninsured motorist benefits to a person operating his own uninsured car at the time of the accident.
