The George Sollitt Corporation (Sollitt) appeals from a declaratory judgment in favor of Howard Chapman Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (Chapman), contending that its work subcontract required Chapman to indemnify and defend it in a negligence action brought by one of Chapman's employees.
