This case is before me on Gerald Priddy's ("auctioneer") appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court denying him compensation for auctioning off numerous personal properties of the bankrupt, Richard Rossmiller. The bankruptcy judge concluded that Priddy had been dishonest in his fee application when he failed to reveal a ten per cent buyer's premium he had collected and kept for himself. The...
