The plaintiff-appellant, Castle Pre-Cast Superior Walls of Delaware, Inc., instituted a mechanics' lien proceeding in the trial court against the defendant-appellee, Lynn Strauss-Hammer. The action was based upon work which had allegedly been performed by the plaintiff on property owned by the defendant, for which no payment had been made.
