The undisputed facts show that Wilson Ford Tractor and Massey-Ferguson entered into a franchise agreement on 30 March 1983. Pursuant to the Agreement, plaintiff became a retail dealer of Massey-Ferguson farm equipment, implements, machinery, attachments and repair parts.
