Romona McLaughlin (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (trial court) dismissing her appeal from the Centre County Housing Authority's (Housing Authority) decision to terminate Claimant's housing subsidy under Section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1437f1. We affirm.
