This is an appeal from the trial court's ruling on appellants Loren and Catherine McPhersons' (McPhersons) counter-claim to quiet title for a strip of property three feet wide and sixty-two feet long on the boundary between the McPhersons' and appellees George and Joan Inchs' (Inchs), residences.
