This appeal presents three issues: 1) whether an adult sentence can be consecutive to a juvenile court disposition; 2) whether, if such a consecutive sentence is not lawful, a plea agreement that includes a recommendation for that sentence invalidates a guilty plea; and 3) whether renegotiation of a sentencing recommendation without a defendant's knowledge invalidates a guilty plea.
