MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER AFFIRMING BANKRUPTCY COURT'S DECISION

SCHELL, District Judge.

CAME ON TO BE CONSIDERED the appeal by FirstBank of the Bankruptcy Court's denial of appellant's lien on Jimmy R. Pope and Janis B. Pope's home. The court, after reviewing the briefs of the parties, the record, and the exhibits, is of the opinion that the ruling should be AFFIRMED.
