TACHA, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff, George Philippi, appeals a district court order granting summary judgment to the defendants.1 Philippi argues that the district court erred in granting the defendants summary judgment on Philippi's negligence action. Philippi also argues that two unresolved issues of New Mexico law may be determinative in this case and urges this court to certify these issues to the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico...
