KELLEY, Judge.
Transamerican Office Furniture (employer) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board directing employer to pay ongoing counsel fees of twenty percent of Setegna Fanta's (claimant) award to claimant's attorney based on a determination that employer's contest of claimant's compensation was unreasonable.
