Pending before the Court is Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment filed on February 21, 1992. After carefully considering said motion and brief, Plaintiffs' response, Defendant's reply, and all evidence submitted in support thereof, this Court is of the opinion that Defendant's motion is meritorious and should be GRANTED.
