This is an appeal taken on bypass pursuant to sec. 808.05, Stats., from a June 21, 1989 order of the circuit court for Eau Claire County, Gregory A. Peterson, Circuit Judge, granting L.E. Phillips Career Development Center, as guardian of L.W., the authority to consent to the withdrawal from L.W. of all life-sustaining medical treatment, including artificial nutrition and hydration.
