Thomas Christensen allegedly bought two tractors, two drills, and a baler from Rodney and Max Ransom for $40,000. Christensen claims that he agreed to lend $40,000 to the Ransoms to help them finance a lawsuit against the Farmer's Home Administration (FmHA).
