Suellen Morris ("plaintiff") filed the present action on June 15, 1989, against her employer, Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company ("Southern Bell"), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
