Defendant-Appellant Trina Vowell ("Defendant") appeals her conviction of Burglary in the First Degree, a violation of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 708-810 (1985), on two grounds: (1) that there was insufficient evidence at trial to prove that she "unlawfully entered or remained" in the nightclub she was charged with burglarizing, since she was privileged to be in the club as an employee thereof, and since the club was open to the general public...
