Attorney Morris Ellis1 appeals the district court's denial of his motion for attorney's fees stemming from his representation of Thomas J. Lowrance in proceedings to collect on a judgment entered in favor of Lowrance against Stephen J. Hacker. Ellis also contends that the district court erred in denying him a statutory attorney's lien on certain funds belonging to Hacker that are currently held by the court. We affirm...
