Appellant Jacob Penn appeals from a guilty verdict in the district court1 on one count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.

FACTS

On December 4, 1989, Curtis Blackbird found a gray duffel bag containing several bags of marijuana in an inoperable freezer which was used for dry storage at the halfway house on the Omaha Indian Reservation...
