This litigation began with a petition by plaintiff/defendant-in-reconvention, Winnie Kibbe, hereinafter Winnie, to evict defendant, Barry Lege, hereinafter Barry, from a 275 acre tract of land, and for a declaratory judgment as to her right to demolish a house Barry had moved onto the property.
